“The location is really convenient. The place is modern, well equipped and comfortable. The outlook is very pleasant with nice views out over playing fields and Kings Park from the living room. I have stayed in a lot of self catering accommodation in Perth and around the world and this flat twas good value and accurately described. The master bedroom is large with loads of storage, second bedroom with two single beds is small but fine. Bathroom is large and has full size washing machine and dryer. Living area works well with space for TV/sitting area, dining table and a well equipped open plan kitchen with breakfast bar. Recommended if you being in the Shenton Park area is convenient.”

Cancellation Policy
• Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your Booking, Management will endeavour to re-book the accommodation, you will be refunded the portion that we are able to re-book(minus deposit). The maximum that we will retain if we can't rebook the property is equal to one weeks rental costs - plus deposit.
