The bus passes by the apartment taking you into Perth City, Subiaco, Cottesloe Beach, Claremont and Fremantle. An incredible park side location with stunning Kings Park and Perth City views. It provides excellent facilities in a very convenient location.

Accommodation consists of king bed or twin share in master bedroom, twin share in the second bedroom and the use of a sofa bed in the lounge if needed. There is A/c in the lounge and master bedroom.

“Our stay at Shenton Park was just fantastic. Annabelle was very helpful from the first step of reservation to our last day in Perth, she is very professional. The owners were very kind and made sure that we had a comfortable stay. The apartment is ideally situated, with a nice view on a park and at 5' walking from the Kings park - ideal for our two kids - 10' walk to University of Western Australia. The apartment is extremely well equipped. We definitively recommend the place for a short or a long stay. Lenka and David”

"Would highly recommend 84 Subiaco rd apartment. Location is excellent with train station to Central perth or Fremantle just 5 mins walk away. Also beautiful kings park just 15 mins walk. Apartment very clean & well maintained. Location secure and quiet, suitable for families, couples etc. Had a fabulous 3 weeks there and will be looking up stay west apartments again on my next visit to perth."

Cancellation Policy
• Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your Booking, Management will endeavour to re-book the accommodation, you will be refunded the portion that we are able to re-book(minus deposit). The maximum that we will retain if we can't rebook the property is equal to one weeks rental costs - plus deposit.
