The area is quiet and friendly with all amenities such as the 24 hour IGA supermarket, bakery and post office just down the road.

This stunning studio apartment is located in a secure complex, has a north facing views, and is near to both University of Western Australia (UWA), Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH) and the Perth Children's Hospital.

Accommodation consists of a king bed in the master bedroom - which can be split to twin beds on request, and a sofa bed in the lounge area. Off street, undercover parking for 1 car. This gated residential complex is opposite Rosalie Park and Rosalie playing fields, next door to King Park. Free Wifi.
Please note that the pool will be closed for winter from 1st May - 1st December.

The location is very close with a bus stop, so it's very convenience for us. There's also supermarket and some restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the pool and the laundry room. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Annabelle for your hospitality.”

"The Apartment was very clean and tidy and the little touches such as fruit in a bowl to greet us was lovely. The location is perfectly centralised to the city and West Perth, about 8mins drive and to the lovely neighbouring suburb of Subiaco. There is only a couple of mins walk to IGA supermarket and several cafes and restaurants in the same street. Shenton Park is a very leafy suburb and the sound of birds in the morning is very appealing. I certainly would stay there again."

Cancellation Policy
• Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your Booking, Management will endeavour to re-book the accommodation, you will be refunded the portion that we are able to re-book(minus deposit). The maximum that we will retain if we can't rebook the property is equal to one weeks rental costs - plus deposit.
