Beautifully presented second floor apartment in Shenton Park, offering king bed or twin share accommodation. Everything you need is here for a truly relaxing and worthwhile stay, including a great pool and bubbling spa.

This studio apartment is located in a secure complex, surrounded by parks and is near to both University of Western Australia (UWA), Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH) and the Perth Children's Hospital.

The gated residential complex is opposite Rosalie Park and Rosalie playing fields, next door to King Park. The area is quiet and friendly with all amenities such as the 24 hour IGA supermarket, bakery and post office just down the road.

Accommodation consists of a king bed in the master bedroom, which can be split to twin singles on request - and a sofa bed in the lounge area. Off street parking for 1 car.

Please note that the pool will be closed for winter from 1st May - 1st December.

“This is a great apartment for a single person or couple. IGA just up the road with a great variety of foods and gluten free products. Post office and bottle shop for the wine drinkers. 15 mins drive to the beach, 10 mins to the city, 5 mins to Subiaco. Also very close to Kings Park for a BBQ or a sleep under a tree. Beautiful bush scenery to look and birds to wake up to. Then you can also enjoy a swim in the pool. Parking. You will need a load and pay card which you can get from the post office and you use this to load money on to pay for the washing machine and dryer. We really liked it and Annabelle is very easy to deal with. New beds :)”

Cancellation Policy
• Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your Booking, Management will endeavour to re-book the accommodation, you will be refunded the portion that we are able to re-book(minus deposit). The maximum that we will retain if we can't rebook the property is equal to one weeks rental costs - plus deposit.
