"The property has everything you need. So comfortable! We are 4 persons, parents with two nearly adult children and there is space enough for each. All shops you recieve by foot. And in a few minutes in the center of Perth. All in all wonderful! My husband said: in future you will always look after an apartement! This one is really great!"

She left a mobile heater the following day. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a pleasant stay during the week when we were there. ”

Having a typical townhouse set up with two bedrooms upstairs & the living, dining, kitchen & laundry downstairs suited us perfectly for our family stay. "Beautiful well equipped accommodation, comfortable and well located . Corresponded to the description of the ad, full and clean equipment . quick responses to our requests. Subiaco beautiful location with bus line to the City at the corner of the street railway station (train) at the bottom of the shopping street in 10 minutes. Supermarket in the corner with lots of choices ( including vegan , gluten free and fruits and vegetables). All shops and restaurants nearby. Kings Park nearby. Nice place to recommend "

The townhouse was modern, clean, bright, airy and comfortable with good sized rooms and excellent facilities including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, additional downstairs toilet and basement car parking space. The back yard is very small but there's great balcony space which more than makes up for this. The house is very close to lots of cafes and restaurants as well as two well stocked supermarkets. Annabelle was very helpful and we had no problems during our stay. What more could you want?!”

The maximum that we will retain if we can't rebook the property is equal to one weeks rental costs - plus deposit.
