“I stayed at this listing with 3 other students attending a conference at the Perth Covention Center. The location is great for getting to Perth and it is an easy walk to the train. There are many grocery stores nearby and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with lots of space for working and relaxing. We found the check in process very easy and instructions for everything were laid out in a nice booklet upon entry. I highly recommend this listing!”

“A great apartment in a good location that worked really well for us-a family with three boys aged 7-10 yrs. Everything was beautifully clean and the beds very comfy. Lots to do for the kids and only a short walk to the centre of Subiaco. Kings park play areas highly recommended. The pool here was great fun too. Check in and communication was trouble free. We really appreciated the biscuits, breakfast cereal, and milk that was left for us. Also lovely soaps in the bathrooms and lots of towels. We would definitely stay with Annabelle again when traveling to Perth. ”

"The location is excellent. The arrangements prior to arrival were clear and checking in was very easy. The apartment was spotless and we were delighted with the kind efforts to make us feel welcome, especially as we arrived on a public holiday-there was milk in the fridge, biscuits, tea and coffee, and a selection of cereals that came in very handy the following morning for our three little boys to have for breakfast. There was even washing up liquid and washing machine detergent etc. The beds were all very comfortable and we all slept like logs. Highly recommended. Many thanks to Annabelle.

“The location at Subiaco was perfect for our vacation. It is near UWA and the city. The place is clean and easy to locate. There is also a supermarket close by. We were thankful that the host had left some biscuits as the kids were so hungry as we arrived late. We would recommend this lovely apartment of anyone who likes to be near central Perth. Cancellation Policy
• Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your Booking, Management will endeavour to re-book the accommodation, you will be refunded the portion that we are able to re-book(minus deposit). The maximum that we will retain if we can't rebook the property is equal to one weeks rental costs - plus deposit.
