This ground floor apartment offers family friendly executive accommodation in the heart of Subiaco in a tranquil north facing setting.

Situated on the most north eastern corner of the complex, this apartment's address would be more accurately described as - corner of York and May St. You have the luxury of parking your car at your doorstep and walk to all that Subiaco has on offer.

Accommodation consists of a queen bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the very roomy second bedroom plus a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a small alfresco area outside, with a larger shared BBQ alfresco area at the swimming pool just nearby. Internal laundry comes with a washer and dryer.

Secure undercover parking provided for 1 car.

Every cupboard I opened surprised me with what you had supplied, from washing powder, glad wrap, to milk in the fridge...so helpful when arriving late at night from the country. Perfect location to walk to PMH, Subiaco, plenty of eating places and easy location to catch public transport. Home away from home. Would definitely stay there again and definitely recommend it to others!! "

"Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Subi 2 bedroom apartment. Everything was in good condition when we arrived and we loved the new bathroom. The complex was great, with secure gates, and our kids especially loved the spa pool. The apartment was really close to the Subi Square and Coles was just a short drive up the road. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Perth!"

Long Stay Bond - $200.00
Cancellation Policy
• Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your Booking, Management will endeavour to re-book the accommodation, you will be refunded the portion that we are able to re-book(minus deposit). The maximum that we will retain if we can't rebook the property is equal to one weeks rental costs - plus deposit.
