- Have neutral decor
- Are well located and near to amenities
- Have A/C
- Are prepared to refurnish to a standard in line with our other apartments
Staywest can offer guidance with regard to preparing an apartment for short term let with us. Note: we will only be accepting a limited number of listings to ensure occupancy rates remain high.
