Note : The swimming pool area and BBQ is closed from 1st June - 1st October.

• Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your booking, management will endeavour to re-book the accommodation, you will be refunded the portion that we are able to re-book(minus deposit).

Deposit Policy

A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. If paying by credit card, this will be processed on your card by the bookings office once your booking has been reviewed (2.9% cc surcharge applies. If paying by bank transfer, details will be on the invoice coming to you shortly.

"My stay here in No 28 Subiaco Village has been very enjoyable. The apartment is perfect for me and it contains everything I have needed. I’m very impressed. I’ve been able to entertain my family each Saturday using the BBQ and the swimming pool. Close proximity to Rokeby Road and Coles supermarket has been great. I would definitely stay here next time I visit from the UK which is where I now live. "

“The apartment was nice and clean and only a short walk from cafes and bars/restaurants etc. on Hay St and Rokeby road (the main St of Subiaco). It is also only a short walk to the West Leederville train station which takes you quickly into the city and is on the same line as the beach suburbs of Cottesloe and Fremantle (though these suburbs are a few stops away). It was a very pleasant and convenient place to stay. Thankyou”

"Subi Village 28 is perfect for 2 people, it has a spa bath which was an added bonus and wifi included is fantastic. Being self contained was perfect as it allowed me to do dome washing before going back home. It is close to Kings Park, Subiaco oval and Perth CBD. Annabelle our host is great, any questions that I had she answered promptly"
