This renovated second floor apartment offers family friendly accommodation in the heart of Subiaco in a tranquil setting.

Situated on the most north eastern corner of the complex, this apartment's address would be more accurately described as - corner of York and May St, a very quiet location.

Accommodation consists of a queen bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the very roomy second bedroom and twin singles in the loft. There is a shared BBQ alfresco area at the swimming pool just nearby. Internal laundry comes with a washer and dryer. There is split Air Conditioning in the lounge and in the loft, fans in the the two downstairs bedrooms.

There are stairs to the apartment and also within the apartment. Parking is provided for one car. Free WiFi.

Note : The swimming pool area and BBQ is closed from 1st June - 1st October..

• If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your booking, management will endeavour to re-book the accommodation, you will be refunded the portion that we are able to re-book(minus deposit).

A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. If paying by credit card, this will be processed on your card by the bookings office once your booking has been reviewed (2.9% cc surcharge applies. If paying by bank transfer, details will be on the invoice coming to you shortly.

"Great place -- clean, spacious and it had everything we needed. Good location - everywhere we wanted to go was within a 10-30 minute drive. The host - Annabelle was also very accommodating and patiently answered all the questions I had from before I made the booking to when we were in Perth.

"Subiaco Village 30 is an exceptional place for families to stay. Only a short distance to the Perth CBD, it is perfect for holidays. Excellent apartment, excellent cleanliness and excellent communication from our host. Would definitely recommend staying here!"
