Subiaco's vibrant Rokeby Road shopping precinct is only meters away, offering something to cater for all tastes: pubs, cafes, restaurants, fashion, markets and theatres. There is also a bus stop outside offering direct access to the city.

Accommodation consists of a king bed in the master bedroom upstairs. There is undercover secure parking for one car.

• Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your booking, management will endeavour to re-book the accommodation, you will be refunded the portion that we are able to re-book(minus deposit).

Deposit Policy

A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. If paying by credit card, this will be processed on your card by the bookings office once your booking has been reviewed (2.9% cc surcharge applies. If paying by bank transfer, details will be on the invoice coming to you shortly.

The apartment was clean, comfortable & as depicted on the website. The abundance of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils etc was well catered for which was well appreciated. Lots of small touches with furnishings made the stay very homely. We will be back should the need arise & the apartment was available.

Fantastic location right across the street from a supermarket open until 10pm, and streets full of great eateries are less than 5 minutes walk. The bus to the city is about 2 mins walk away, and the train station is under 10mins. The apartment has a comfortable king size bed, beautiful big cathedral windows that let lots of light in, and a great little balcony with BBQ to enjoy the warm nights. Perfect self contained apartment with everything you could need, just like being at home! Secure undercover car park if you have a car, or walking distance to everything if you don't. We absolutely loved it and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Stayed for a week, but would have happily extended our stay if work would have obliged! Oh and they provided groceries! Perfect.

"This is a spacious unit with ALL amenities. It is also very conveniently located -- the bakery downstairs and supermarket literally right across the street are huge pluses. Liana and Gordon have been wonderful hosts as well, even stocking the fridge before arrival. Five stars for sure."

"The unit is in a fantastic location with easy access to transport and all that Subiaco has to offer. The basic food items in the fridge and the well-stocked pantry were much appreciated. Farmer Jack's is just across the road and has an extensive and interesting range of food. A slight downside of the location is that there was a fair bit of traffic noise in the mornings but earplugs took care of that. All in all, a comfortable unit for 2 people."

"I must say that I was 100% satisfied with the apartment. The location is great for me being so close to our Perth office, as well as being in a very good and respectable neighborhood, with many cafes, restaurants and grocery stores in the area. Also, it is only a quick 5 minute walk to the train station from the apartment. As for the apartment itself, I found it to be very spacious, clean, and well furnished to make me feel quite comfortable and at home during my stay. Definitely a better alternative to staying at a hotel"
