• Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your booking, management will endeavour to re-book the accommodation, you will be refunded the portion that we are able to re-book(minus deposit).

Deposit Policy

A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. If paying by credit card, this will be processed on your card by the bookings office once your booking has been reviewed (2.9% cc surcharge applies. If paying by bank transfer, details will be on the invoice coming to you shortly.

“Annabelle’s place is great . One train station away from the city. Close to King’s park. It has a dishwasher , washing machine and a drier. Perfect for long-term stay”

“Annabelle is great host, she attended to our booking at short notice, nothing seemed to be a problem. The apartment is as it appears on Air BnB. I loved the location with the free CAT bus to the city and short walking distance to cafes. We will definitely be returning.”

"Soon we felt at home in this cosy apartment. It was very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. We also liked the balcony but there is some traffic noise. Otherwise the location is good, close to some restaurants and cafes of West Perth and there is a bus stop just in front of the building. We can recommend this place and would definitely stay here again."
