This Shenton Park apartment is a short walk to the Onslow Road shopping village, transport options, Sir Charles Gairdner, the Perth Children's and Hollywood hospitals. The University of WA is conveniently nearby. The bus passes by the apartment taking you into Perth city, Subiaco, Cottesloe beach, Claremont, or Fremantle.

An incredible park side location with views and close to everything.

Accommodation consists of queen bed in master bedroom, twin share in the second bedroom and the use of a comfy roller away bed if needed . Undercover parking provided for 1 car.

Cancellation Policy

• Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your Booking, Management will endeavour to re-book the accommodation, you will be refunded the portion that we are able to re-book(minus deposit). The maximum that we will retain if we can't rebook the property is equal to one weeks rental costs - plus deposit.

Deposit Policy

A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. If paying by credit card, this will be processed on your card by the bookings office once your booking has been reviewed. If paying by bank transfer, details will be on the invoice coming to you shortly.

We booked for a fortnight stay initially... our check-in was seamless as the property manager was spot on with her instructions, enabling us to do a non-contact check-in on arrival! Then when we needed to extend our stay, again, the property manager Annabelle was wonderfully accommodating, allowing us to extend a further 3 nights with nothing more than just a couple of txt msgs, & it was done! Cannot fault the support we received from the property manager Annabelle! The property itself was exactly as advertised. & we were pleasantly surprised to discover that if we had an additional person join us mid-stay, it was no extra charge. Just so long as the existing bedding was sufficient. Which it was. A thoroughly enjoyable experience had by all. Thanks again to Annabelle for ur willingness to assist us in any way possible. It made for a refreshingly positive experience throughout our stay... I'd highly recommend this property for anyone with a family or small group. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! - K

"My husband and I have spent three months in the apartement and thoroughly enjoyed it. Although there is no balcony or patio, the large open windows overlooking the parks give you the impression that you are in open space. Indeed you are in contact with nature: cookaburras, colorful parrots and cockatoos sit on the high branches of the Falkland pines facing the dining area, entertaining you with their songs.

the location is just perfect : it is a 15 mn ride to Perth CBD, a fifteen minute drive to the beaches, ten-minute by car to the shopping malls of Subiaco or Claremont.

The owner, Emiliya has proved very helpful and friendly and we thank her very much for that.

We could not have picked a better place for our first stay in WA."

We were impressed with the cleanliness and the great location of the property. A short 5 min walk brings you to a 24hr IGA supermarket, some cafes and takeaways. The kids loved the place as a playground was within walking distance too. Love the modern furnishings and beds were comfy!

"The apartment is just as described / shown in the photos with lovely views over the park & has recently been renovated. Kitchen has all the basic items for an extended stay for a family cooking meals. Walking distance to all the conveniences such as coffee shops, IGA, chemist. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again".

“The location is really convenient. The place is modern, well equipped and comfortable. The outlook is very pleasant with nice views out over playing fields and Kings Park from the living room. I have stayed in a lot of self catering accommodation in Perth and around the world and this flat twas good value and accurately described. The master bedroom is large with loads of storage, second bedroom with two single beds is small but fine. Bathroom is large and has full size washing machine and dryer. Living area works well with space for TV/sitting area, dining table and a well equipped open plan kitchen with breakfast bar. Recommended if you being in the Shenton Park area is convenient.”

“We had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation. There are 24h supermarket and some cafes around the area. We were a group of 4 adults plus one adult also staying for some nights. We liked the spacious living room and kitchen as well as the view from the living room.”
