• Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your booking, management will endeavour to re-book the accommodation, you will be refunded the portion that we are able to re-book(minus deposit).

Deposit Policy

A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. If paying by credit card, this will be processed on your card by the bookings office once your booking has been reviewed (2.9% cc surcharge applies. If paying by bank transfer, details will be on the invoice coming to you shortly.

"Apartment was clean & as depicted on website. Every conceivable cookware & kitchen utensil supplied was a bonus & appreciated - unlike other places we have stayed at. Lots of extras included like dish wash & cloths, cleaning products, laundry product etc etc Check in was easy & Annabelle was most helpful. Definitely stay here again if the need arises."

I had a most pleasant 4 week stay in Hensman Rd. It was quiet, well appointed and close to shops, cafes and recreational facilities . Also close to the city and ease of access to the freeway . I would highly recommend this accomodation . It suited me as I was busy working and being central it was very convenient.

"We arrived late at night and were pleasantly surprised to find breakfast provisions like cereal, milk, tea etc in the kitchenette. This was a nice touch and much appreciated. Helen, our host has been most helpful. The flat is cosy, centrally located and quiet. We would stay here again if / when we return to Perth."

"The unit is highly recommended. It's spacious with a small front yard. It's located close to SCGH, Rosalie primary and shops and the Rosalie park is just across the road. The unit is owned by a lovely couple. I never had to change my accommodation during my 2 year stay in WA and I consider this a "lucky" unit."
