Walking distance to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and the Perth Children's Hospital, and with easy access to University of Western Australia. The Shenton Village Shopping Center is an easy walk away. Kings Park and all its delights are just across the road.

Located in private and peaceful surrounds, with full shopping amenities only a short distance away. 5 minutes from the Perth CBD, and with convenient access to West Perth, Subiaco, Nedlands and Crawley.

Accommodation consists of king bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the lounge room suitable for a child. Off street undercover parking available for 1 car.

• Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your booking, management will endeavour to re-book the accommodation, you will be refunded the portion that we are able to re-book(minus deposit).

Deposit Policy

A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. If paying by credit card, this will be processed on your card by the bookings office once your booking has been reviewed (2.9% cc surcharge applies. If paying by bank transfer, details will be on the invoice coming to you shortly.

"Perfect place in perfect location.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and lovely living space. It was great to have milk, tea and biscuits provided after a long journey too! Excellent shower pressure and all round a fabulous stay.
Only a few minutes stroll from King’s Park which is beautiful to walk around and if you need anything, the IGA shop is maybe 5-10 minutes walk away through leafy Shenton Park.
We won’t look anywhere else when we’re next in Perth. Thank you! Great communication between us and Annabelle too.

“Will definitely be back! Annabelle was quick to reply my doubts during my pre-stay, and helping me during my stay as well. I will definitely come here again. "Dear Annabelle, we have had a wonderful experience staying in your lovely house. It's clean and tidy, making us feeling at home. It's convenient to go city and UWA where my daughter studies. Actually I like to stay longer, however our holidays come to the end and we have to go back to work. I will introduce your house to my friends and will definitely choose to stay in again if come next time. Thanks for providing us a wonderful and memorable holiday. We love it. Diane and Gary"

"We are very pleased about your house, clean, spacious, tidy and everything is in good order. When we sit in sofa watching TV, I really feel like being at home.  I love to spend the whole day inside this house in the poor weather, feeling so comfortable and warm.

"We stayed with StayWest apartments in Shenton Park for 6 weeks this past January/February as part of a 5 stop academic sabbatical. I'm writing this review in late May and I can say that this apartment was the best of all the one's we stayed in! It was clean, quiet and very well equipped. I appreciated the last aspect greatly as I stayed in other apartments that didn't have all the little necessities you need but don't think of to make your life enjoyable (peeler, good knives, grater etc.). Also, I appreciated the service provided by Staywest. They handled our reservation flawlessly and Annabelle, the manager of our particular apartment was incredibly service oriented! I pointed out one thing that would make our stay better (having more hooks throughout the apartment) and she came over the next day and installed them! Fabulous!"

"This unit fitted our family needs perfectly for our stay Our baby was so happy to spend time in the portacot you provided while we entertained our parents on the balcony. It had everything we needed and then some.

It was fantastic value for money and we will never stay in a hotel again when we visit. What a shame we didn't stay here on our last trip."
