Beautifully presented ground floor courtyard apartment in Shenton Park, offering Queen bed accommodation. Everything you need is here for a truly relaxing and worthwhile stay, including a great pool and bubbling spa!

The area is quiet and friendly with all amenities such as the 24 hour IGA supermarket, bakery and post office just down the road.

This lovely studio apartment is located in a secure complex, has a south facing private courtyard with park views, and is near to both University of Western Australia (UWA), Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH) and the Perth Children's Hospital.

Please note the pool is unheated and will be open from mid October - mid April.

Accommodation consists of a Queen bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the lounge area. Off street, undercover parking for 1 car. This secure residential complex is opposite Rosalie Park and Rosalie playing fields, next door to King Park. Free Wifi.

• Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your booking, management will endeavour to re-book the accommodation, you will be refunded the portion that we are able to re-book(minus deposit).

Deposit Policy

A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. If paying by credit card, this will be processed on your card by the bookings office once your booking has been reviewed (2.9% cc surcharge applies. If paying by bank transfer, details will be on the invoice coming to you shortly.

"Fantasting little appartment in an incrdibly central location. Plenty of trees and parks surrounding with lovely nature walks yet still central in the city to everything. Near by shops / cafes + restaurants in walking distance are also great. The appartment itself is extremely well equipped and homey making it a easy to live comfortably. Highly recommend.

The flat is clean and well equipped and the pool lovely. We had an excellent week over Christmas and are most grateful for the opportunity to stay at this apartment.”

Great renovated apartment. Good location to shops, hospitals, Perth CBD etc. Has everything, bring your clothes and toothbrush. Has dedicated off street car park, wifi, secure complex. Opposite park. Great value. Would book again. Amazing booking service from Annabelle at Staywest to get us sorted. Fantastic service, even on weekend.
