This top floor apartment offers plenty of natural light with its northern aspect and southern park views. The area is quiet and friendly with all amenities such as the 24 hour IGA supermarket, bakery and post office just down the road.

The apartment is conveniently located across the park from Sir Charles Gairdner and Perth Children's Hospitals and is also within 5 minutes of the Hollywood Private Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital, King Edward Memorial Hospital, and St John of God Hospital, in addition - close proximity to amenities with shops a 5 minute walk away.

Accommodation consists of a queen bed in the bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, full kitchen, lounge/dining. There are share laundry facilities on-site.

Third floor, offsrtreet parking, swimming pool/spa & free Wifi.

There is no lift, stair access only.

Please note the pool is unheated and will be open from mid October - mid April.

• Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your booking, management will endeavour to re-book the accommodation, you will be refunded the portion that we are able to re-book(minus deposit).

Deposit Policy

A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. If paying by credit card, this will be processed on your card by the bookings office once your booking has been reviewed (2.9% cc surcharge applies. If paying by bank transfer, details will be on the invoice coming to you shortly.

“I stayed in Annabelle's appartment for roughly two months because I was visiting the UWA. It was a lovely stay, close to the uni, and the neighbourhood was wonderfull (e.g., felt very safe, right next to kingspark for nature walks, and walking distance to a small shopping centre for groceries, post, etc.). As a host, Annabelle and Marcus were great too. I can sincerely recommend anybody to stay here!”

“I stayed here while visiting the university for work for a week and was really pleased. The apartment was very clean and very welcoming. The location was great as it is opposite a nice park - if you like running - and just across the road from king’s park. I also walked to the uni each morning in about 20 mins. It is also easily accessible for public transport. The apartment is very well equipped and has its own parking bay. It was also in a quiet area and felt very safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.”

Therefore, the apartment was ideally placed in the middle of Shenton Park just across the park from the Hospital. Fantastic access to Perth city, UWA and the hospital.
