The apartment is conveniently located across the park from Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and the Perth Children's Hospital, the Hollywood Private Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital, King Edward Memorial Hospital and St John of God Hospital.
The area is quiet and friendly with all amenities such as the 24 hour IGA supermarket, bakery and post office just down the road.
Accommodation consists of a queen bed in the bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, full kitchen, lounge/dining. There are share laundry facilities on-site.
Third floor, offsrtreet parking, swimming pool/spa & free Wifi.
There is no lift, stair access only.
Please note the pool is unheated and will be open from mid October - mid April.

• If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your Booking, Management will endeavour to re-book the accommodation, you will be refunded the portion that we are able to re-book(minus deposit). The maximum that we will retain if we can't rebook the property is equal to one weeks rental costs - plus deposit.
A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. If paying by credit card, this will be processed on your card by the bookings office once your booking has been reviewed. If paying by bank transfer, details will be on the invoice coming to you shortly.

“The place was great! Looked exactly like the pictures. It was a perfect size for two. The suburb was nice and quiet and only a short walking distance to an IGA and cafes. The place was only a short walk from the suburb Subiaco, which we visited many times for cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and food markets. This place is also right next to Kings Park which is a lovely place to walk through and has an amazing view on the other side. If you are travelling by public transport there is a bus stop just around the corner that takes you to the city in about 10 minutes which was very convenient. Overall we had a great time here!”

"The accommodation was just amazing so close to shops and the hospital and the unit itself was fresh modern neat clean and so very affordable making it a real home away from home. We even had the owner meet my partner late on arrival to hand him the keys and show him around! Remarkable! We can not recommend this place enough we are just so very happy! 10 / 10!!"

Quiet accommodation very well located on the edges of King’s park and Rosalie park, within walking distance of a small shopping center and a 20 minute walk from the main shopping area in Subiaco. Property is clean and functional, quiet and well connected to public transport."
