Staywest apartments Subiaco are super convenient being close to shopping, beach, river and city. There is easy access by car or public transport to all key areas around Perth. The unit was a good size for 4 adults, clean and with up market amenities. Upon arrival, there was milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and biscuits and some left over items to assist with preparing a meal such as salt and Olive oil. This made us feel welcome and valued and we really appreciated that. The pool and hot tub added to the ambiance and were a great distraction for families with children.

The location is perfect and we’ve enjoyed being in this area. I love being surrounded by trees and seeing the pink cockatoos in the morning. It’s also very quiet, which, considering the pub is next door, is a nice surprise.
All in all it’s been a pleasant experience.

Every cupboard I opened surprised me with what you had supplied, from washing powder, glad wrap, to milk in the fridge...so helpful when arriving late at night from the country. Perfect location to walk to PMH, Subiaco, plenty of eating places and easy location to catch public transport. Home away from home. The complex was great, with secure gates, and our kids especially loved the spa pool. The apartment was really close to the Subi Square and Coles was just a short drive up the road.
