This ground floor apartment offers family friendly accommodation in the heart of Subiaco in a tranquil north facing setting.

Situated on the north side of the complex, this apartment faces onto very quiet York St and has one off street parking bay.

Accommodation consists of a queen bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the very roomy second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a small alfresco area outside, with a larger shared BBQ alfresco area at the swimming pool (within season). Internal laundry comes with a washer and dryer.

Off street parking provided for 1 car. Free Wifi.

Note : The swimming pool area is to be closed from 1st June - 1st October.

• Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your booking, management will endeavour to re-book the accommodation, you will be refunded the portion that we are able to re-book(minus deposit).

Deposit Policy

A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. If paying by credit card, this will be processed on your card by the bookings office once your booking has been reviewed (2.9% cc surcharge applies. If paying by bank transfer, details will be on the invoice coming to you shortly.

This apartment was perfect for us. I had a small op at SJOG Subi & we were able to walk over there as it was quite close. Cafes & shops are very close & outstanding. Annabelle was very easy to communicate with, unit was lovely & clean with everything you could possibly need!!! It is well appointed & maintained. Also it is very quiet & peaceful, I love the beautiful outlook from the living area. Would definitely recommend this accommodation & will book again. Thank you

Great apartment for parents with two kids. It even has a step stool in the bathroom for the lil ones to reach the tap. Excellent facilities like the parking bay, laundry and dryer and cooking stove. Location to parks and playgrounds were a 5-10 min walk away. Not to mention you are near Rokeby Road’s cafe strip. Overall a great short term stay!

Very clean and tidy 2 - bedroom apartment. It was very central to the city and public transport. We are a family with 3 children and a fantastic park was only a 5 min walk. The apartment is next to the pool area which was easily accessible. Thanks for a great stay!

“Really handy spot as it is convenient to get around and shops are close by. There's also a pull out sofa in the lounge which could be used for larger groups or families. The pool is lovely if you don't feel like driving to City Beach for a morning swim or afternoon sunset with fish and chips. Pool towels were provided, along with many other little touches to make the stay welcoming.”

"The location, openness off the design was great and was nice quiet friendly neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this apartment. Beds were comfortable, kitchen extremely well stocked and very clean. "Everything you need and more for a medium term stay of a week or two."
